‘The O Retreat’ provides a selection of retreat stay packages from two days to a week to suit your individual needs, for both physical relaxation and spiritual reconnection to your naturally joyful inner state. The packages are carefully selected for the best result, to achieve the balance of deep physical relaxation/recharge, healthy living, inner joy and a higher level of heart satisfaction. With a proven track record, the highly appraised retreat sessions will gently reconnect your body with mind, heart and spirit. Sessions can provide heart opening meditation, flowing/smiling yoga practice, transformational theme talk followed by Q&A session, Aroma oil therapy/massage, Mineral recharging/cleansing spa, Reiki energy healing, Heart based emotional clearing therapy/consultation and Emerald anti-aging healing treatment.

The customized timetable and menu will be sent to you after your booking confirmation. A limit of  8 spaces is available for each retreat as we prefer attention to detail to ensure each individual’s needs are catered for and to offer the highest quality retreat experiences to our participants.
